Dr. Bluford describes the Immortality Life as a daily commitment to speak, think, feel, believe, choose, relate, and act in alignment with life.
It is intended to be practiced individually, within families, among friends, and throughout the worldwide Immortality Nation community.
Living the Immortality Life may include:
- Speaking about hope, health, life, purpose, and constructive possibilities.
- Developing daily practices that support well-being and happiness.
- Seeking appropriate professional healthcare when needed.
- Encouraging others without making promises or guarantees.
- Refusing to treat fear, isolation, illness, or despair as a person’s final identity.
- Strengthening relationships and reducing loneliness.
- Sharing constructive experiences that may help other community members.
- Supporting scientific and humanitarian efforts to overcome disease and aging.
- Treating every person’s continued life as valuable.
- Pursuing the highest possible quality and duration of life.
- Helping other people remain connected to hope, purpose, community, and qualified assistance.
Dr. Bluford believes the Immortality Life becomes more sustainable when people have a community that listens to them, encourages them, learns with them, and reminds them that their lives possess continuing value, dignity, and purpose.
“Every person needs people who will stand with them for life,” said Dr. Bluford. “Immortality Nation is being created so that people throughout the world can help one another remain focused on hope, healing, happiness, human connection, and the pursuit of immortality.”
